Information on the right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract
concluded with Les demoiselles Studio without any penalty, communicating
your intention to Les demoiselles Studio, within 14 days
starting from the day you received the product.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal you will need to provide us with a declaration
explicit and send it to us also by email to the address bon.vi.gioielli@gmail.com,
where you will simply need to enter: your personal data,
those relating to the order and the purchase made.
The return can be requested strictly within 14 days of receiving the order.

Les demoiselles Studio will refund you the sums paid
within and no later than 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods back at the premises.

The same payment instrument will be used for the refund.
